Maximal Concepts is a global food and beverage group behind some of Hong Kong’s top restaurants and bars including The Aubrey at Mandarin Oriental HK (pictured), Sip Song and Limewood. Their ethos is that every dish has a story to tell and they champion high quality ingredients from sustainable sources.

JKS

JKS Restaurants was set up in 2008 by siblings Jyotin, Karam and Sunaina and currently operate 30 brands in London.
