We'll get your delivery to you as quickly as possible and for free.
All orders will be processed on the next working day. So you can expect your delivery to arrive within 3-4 working days of receiving your ‘order shipped’ email.
You can check up on your order using your tracking number.
Once your order has left our warehouse and is with our third-party courier, APC, you will receive an email (check your spam folder if you can’t see it) and/or text notification detailing the delivery date and an estimated time for delivery. If you are not going to be in, you can rebook the delivery date via this message.
We are unable to offer returns.
Once you have received your ‘Order Shipped’ email we are unable to make changes to your order or offer a refund. If you make a mistake with your order, please contact us straight away on 0207 550 4100 (working hours) or via firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to rectify it, but we can’t guarantee that will be possible.
If there is a problem with your purchase, just let us know.
If there is something wrong with your order or you’re not happy with our service, please send an email to email@example.com stating the order number and the issue. We will resolve the problem, replace the product(s) or offer a full refund of the purchase.
We deliver to mainland UK only.
Unfortunately we can’t deliver to the Channel Islands, Highlands or Ireland – but let us know if you’re trying to order from there and we’ll see if we can come up with a solution.
